I live in tempe, az and work in chandler for a privite employer.I was at a work event and I was speaking to a fellow co-worker about my view on the new Az imigration law how I agree with it, I am mexican based I might add. However other people about 4 of them came in the the debate and started saying that I am stupid, dont know what Im talking about and a traitior towards my race.Anyhow, I thought this was nothing.then I come to find out that my supervisor is leading a investagtion due to the other people were offend when they never stated that they were but rather agrue. Now, It may lead to my termination which I belive that in this econmony will hurt me finically and break my first admentment right.Also this company cannot afford bad press and it has cause me great deal of stress, do I have a case if i do end up getting fired, if I get fired can I make a youtube video stating the companys name and say exactly what happen and see if that is fare.

well, if they're going to break your first amendment right, then you more than have permission to bend them over and put it to them within your first amendment rights. Let them try to shut you up, it takes people like you to be the whistle blower. Look at what happened to the Houston based Enron. Good luck

Well those people are very wrong because they just don't know (or care to know) the truth. Wrong people will make a lot of noise and try to cause you trouble or harm. You need to try to find a group who will support you in your defense and can help you with the finer points of what you want to do to discredit the company. Generally if you do not lie then you should be alright but there are probably some tricky rules that might get you in trouble.

yes u can do the youtube thing but i wount i would get a lawer and sue for firing u over what your beliefs are witch is discrimination. let the newspaper and news station know about this and see if they can do a story over it witch will help you. also call in on a am talk show over a simuler subject and tell them.
