did chandler bing work in one of the twin towers for his job because in the episodes it looks like he did does anyone know? and it's because of when they show chandlers work they show the towers so i thought he must work there so i thought it was weird that such a big thing happened were they lived and they didn't even mention it in later episodes

It never officially mentions it in the series, but If it was important enough to the story line they would have mentioned 9/11 in the series.

no don't think so at least there's no mention that he does, but i think i know why you think it because quite often in the older episodes between scenes they used to show shots of the city and a few of the shots include the twin towers but its just filler really and nt really meaning he works there.

HMMM possibly...it makes sense, they always showed the outside of the "friends" building before they showed the inside...and they always showed the twin towers when they showed the inside of chandlers work . thankk God he wasn't in the towers when they crashed. monica would've been sad.

it's beautiful, I like it a lot There are a few grammatical errors though... I think it should be "a miscarried child" and then "tears trickle down OUR cheeks" Then a few other noticeable ones you'd see when you proof read it. :) It really is beautiful though.

Move to Gilbert their schools are some of the best in the state. It is also a safe town to bring up a family.

i live in chandler (have for almost 4 years now) and i love it!! my daughter is currently in kindergarten at a chartered school in Tempe (which is only about 10 mins from my home) and it's wonderful. the principal (also owner) of school is a caring,dedicated,and delightful person and she also attends our church in chandler. The name of the school is Center For Educational Excellence and it's located at McKlintock and Elliott roads. There are 2 kindergarten teachers and both are super nice. Ms. Kruge (my daughter's teacher) is new to the school this year but has been teaching for 3 years-i love her, she's awesome. The other teacher also attends our church and has been teaching for a while (do know the specifics). i'll attach a link for you (the website is a little outdated but if you call the school and speak to Mrs. Cochran-the principal/owner-she will be more than happy to send you info via email). if it seems like something you'll like-i would suggest getting your enrollement info in now-both kindergarten classes fill up quick-my daughter barely made it in. this school's report card on the board of education's website is listed as excelling which is the highest mark you can receive. i wouldn't want my daughter anywhere else. as far as living goes-chandler and gilbert are MUCH safer than mesa (and newer). i'm sort of bias towards public schools anywhere due to bad experiences, overcrowding, and poor funding but chandler and gilbert's schools are about the same. they score about average on the report card website. our neighborhood shares a wall with the Chandler Fashion Center mall and it's totally safe-we know all of our neighbors and i've only seen a cop car 3 times in the 4 years we've lived there and it was just for normal street patrol. my kids are totally safe playing at the park down the street from our home. my girls are all part of a cheer group that is based state-wide but has meetings in chandler and they are always taking classes through the city's parks and recs program (swim lessons too). you can find good houses to rent for about 1200-1500 a month for 3-4 bedrooms. if you want cheaper rent-check out the city of Maricopa which is about 30 mins west of Chandler (alot of our friends live there and it's an easy drive to anywhere in the Phx area). there are alot of brand new houses up for rent b/c the market is so sluggish. you can rent a 4 bedroom house for around 900/month. my other 2 daughters (from previous marriage outside of my youngest child) go to a private montessori in Awahtukee. this is also an excelling school. i'll attach the link for it as well. awahtukee is about 10 mins west of chandler and is a nice area to live in too. sorry for the long post but i hope all the info will be helpful. here are some links to help you out!! good luck with your move!! http://ceeeagles.com/ (my kindergartener's school) http://www.keystonemontessori.com/ (my other 2 kids' school) http://www.ade.az.gov/ (on left side-click on report card link and punch in school of choice to look at their status) http://www.chandleraz.gov/ http://www.ci.gilbert.az.us/ http://www.ahwatukee.com/

Cleaning a Silk Batik Wall Hanging?
We have a Silk Batik we bought in Jamaica about 20 years ago that we had stored in a closet and now it is a bit discolored (backround). How can we freshen it up and clean it. Because it is silk and has sentimental value, I would take it to a reputable dry cleaner. Silk is very difficult to wash because water leaves mineral deposits which will attract dirt and dust becoming stains. You probably will have to remove it and have it stretched again, however, but a reputable frame shop should be able to help you and you may want to consider having it framed. By framing it you will protect it from future sun damage especially if you request that they use archival materials.

My stepson works for Verizon in Chandler, Az. He is a customer service rep. He is always bragging how well he does financially and claims that he makes over $60,000 annually. He has been there maybe five years. It is not like he is upper management, he is not management at all. The funny thing is that he moved himself and his family into his sisters house because he can no longer pay his rent, bills, etc. He is also filing bankruptcy. so, i need a job but i don't know how to go about it. i want a legitimate job.. not something like babysitting. I'd gladly work in a restaurant but i don't really think id like to work in a fast food place. it has to be part time also, considering i go to school. and i would really like if it payed a bit more than minimum wage. i know its a lot of specifics, but if you know of anything it would really help a lot.

I think restaurants will allow you to hostess so check out places near chandler mall. pay is usually about 2-3.00/hr and then you get a portion of the waitress's tips for the night. decent pay for part-time target and other retail stores might be hiring (but some may need a parent permission slip allowing you to work under age 18). again check the stores at chandler fashion center hope this helps!!

You're going to be competing with a lot of out of work adults, but try target and grocery stores. I know they hire at 16. Also hostessing at restaurants is something good for your age.

i'm 17 and since i was 16 i been looking for work but seriously right now my college friends are having a hard time finding a job and there like 18-20 years old because of the way things are and i live in az so i should know and many jobs are looking for 18+ years old i'm not going to lie to you, it'll be a while before you actually get a good job like target and walmart and other little places in the malls are giving these adults the mediocre jobs to help them with the stress of financial strain. So just keep looking though although don't be discourge from not finding work trust me times arent how they use to be alright ^____^ well i could only have hope that both of us find a place to work i gotta save up for my own college expenses.

Of course it's not natural but lots of things are possible with science. I thought years ago they would have found a way to fertilize egg cells with a cell from another females body (stem cells). I read so much about it. Even about mice being created by 2 moms and 2 dads (research it). I mean, if medicine was created to help you when your sick, there's got to be endless possiblities. Apparently in Belguim they have even found a way to choose your babies sex. What do you think of this? I don't believe it's so much that science can't find a way to combine the DNA of two men or women as it is science doesn't have the incentive. It probably would only take time to figure out how to create an egg without it's own DNA, then add in the DNA of two men, and make sure the two Y chromosomes don't pair (you need an XX or XY pair), but the controversy it would cost, wouldn't be worth it, and I'm sure nobody is willing to pay the money needed to start such a project. Will most likely happen in the future when homosexuals are more widely accepted.

Unfortunately, it's much more complicated than that! Research Is being done as we speak. The main issues include epigenetic differences, which basically means modifications of the DNA (not affecting the sequence) that control the way genes are expressed. Many genes come pre-programmed with these changes. Also, some genes are imprinted, meaning they are only expressed from the dad's chromosome, or only from the mom's. So 2 females would lack the paternally expressed genes, and vise-versa. We don't know how to re-program those changes at this point. It has been done in mice, using 2 females, but it very difficult and has an extreme high failure rate, and if I remember correctly, the resuling offspring were not completely healthy. It is possible that these technologies may be present someday, but not for some time!

I live in tempe, az and work in chandler for a privite employer.I was at a work event and I was speaking to a fellow co-worker about my view on the new Az imigration law how I agree with it, I am mexican based I might add. However other people about 4 of them came in the the debate and started saying that I am stupid, dont know what Im talking about and a traitior towards my race.Anyhow, I thought this was nothing.then I come to find out that my supervisor is leading a investagtion due to the other people were offend when they never stated that they were but rather agrue. Now, It may lead to my termination which I belive that in this econmony will hurt me finically and break my first admentment right.Also this company cannot afford bad press and it has cause me great deal of stress, ANyhow, I am going to speak to an hr rep on monday, but I am woundering what I can bring or say. If I say that I am speaking to the EEOC and to an lawyer can that be incrimminted my self. Also can I take notes of what was said
